Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your adventure with FJALLVENTURE.
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. In order to secure your spot the remaining balance must be in up to 6 monthly payments. Last payment will have to be fulfilled no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made 60-90 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before departure: No refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and equipment damage.
All participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license appropriate for the bike category they will be riding.
Participants must have adequate riding experience and be in good physical condition. Previous off-road riding experience is highly recommended for our adventure tours.
All participants must hold a valid passports for the duration of the tour.
FJALLVENTURE reserves the right to deny participation to any individual deemed unfit or unprepared for the tour. No refunds will be issued, view cancellation policy.
Off-road motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. FJALLVENTURE, its staff, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the tour.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour begins. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all participants.
Equipment provided by FJALLVENTURE is covered by insurance, but participants are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. A security deposit may be required.
FJALLVENTURE reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a tour cancellation by FJALLVENTURE, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
In the event of a tour cancellation by force majeure, participants will be given the option to reschedule for a future date or tour different trip.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and equipment damage.
Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by tour guides at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during riding activities is strictly prohibited. Participants found under the influence will be removed from the tour immediately.
All safety equipment must be worn at all times while riding. This includes helmets, protective clothing, and any other required gear. Helmet, goggles/visor, protective clothing, gloves and boots will be mandatory.
Scratches and small inperfections due to small falls will be waived by the company up to a value of 200€. Beyond this amount, the rider is liable for all damages and subsequent repairs.
A CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is offered as an add-on when booking the trip. This insurance will cover all costs of damage repair caused to the bike during the trip.
No insurance (including CDW) will cover any damages caused willfully or due to reckless behaviour. If considered so, the rider will be fully liable for all costs related.
FJALLVENTURE collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will only be used for booking purposes and tour communications.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide tour services (e.g., accommodation providers, equipment suppliers).
